During his stint in the corporate world, he has managed countless corporate events while he run his own bar and restaurant in the south. It is when he was hired by one of the country's leading resort golf and country club as Head of Business Development and E-commerce for their members and hotel operations that his passion for culinary took a giant leap. As he worked closely with the hotel's chefs and food and beverage manager, he became more interested in food service and events management. And when his friend asked him to help in her wedding that he decided to formally establish a catering and event management company and just focus on his new venture.
